What You Need To Jailbreak Each Ipod
To find your firmware, go to your settings -> General ->
About -> Version. This is your firmware.
Firmware 4.2.1 *Untethered Greenpois0n*
Firmware 4.2.1 *Tethered Only*
Firmware 4.0-4.0.1 (Jailbreakme method)
Firmware 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.2
Firmware: 3.1.2/3.1.1/3.1 (Out dated on 3.1.2)
Firmware- 3.0
Firmware- 2.2.1(2G Ipod Touch Only)
Firmware 2.0 - 2.2.1 (original ipod touch and all other)
*It is always recommened but not required to restore your iPod Touch or iPhone before you
attempt to jailbreak it.
Doing this will reduce the amount of errors you could receive.
*If any of these methods cause you're iPod Touch or iPhone to go unresponsive, the first thing
you should do is try to restore it.*
