Requirements:
SSH knowledge
Method:
1. SSH into your device.
2. Navigate to: /root/private/var/lib/apt/lists
3. Remove all the files in /root/private/var/lib/apt/lists/ EXCEPT for the partial subfolder. DO NOT remove that folder! Lol.
Disconnect and try opening Cydia. If it still doesn't work, try this also:
1. Navigate to /private/var/lib/dpkg/updates
2. Look for files similarly named like tmp.i and 000* (*=wildcard)
3. Delete those files.
Now, once again disconnect and try to open Cydia. If it STILL doesn't work, you may have to restore and re-jailbreak.
